Our Beer
The Bluetongue range of beers is a little different to most, and that comes down to our brewing process. The traditional hopping regime used by Bluetongue has three hop additions (instead of the usual one or two) – a bittering hop at the beginning of the brew, a hop to add flavour in the middle and a hop at the end for aroma.
The result is beer well balanced in flavour and aroma with a nice clean finish from the first sip to the last. Of course, using nothing but the finest ingredients available helps too.
Bluetongue Premium Lager
To deliver the great taste of Bluetongue Premium Lager, we brew with three types of hops for the perfect balance of flavour, aroma and clean finish so your last sip tastes just as good as your first.

Bluetongue Premium Light
Bluetongue Premium Light is brewed to be full in flavour but light on alcohol. Our triple hopped brewing process results in a crisp, balanced bitterness, rich in premium malt flavour with just a hint of caramel. Perfect for when you’re after light beer that satisfies and doesn’t compromise on great taste.

Traditional Pilsner
Bluetongue Traditional Pilsner is crafted with 100% pale malt and hopped with a unique combination of Australian bittering hops, New World Amarillo and Old World Saaz aroma hops. This unusual combination of ingredients gives the Pilsener a malty flavour, pleasing bitterness and fruity hoppy aromas.
